How easy is it to create a Virtual text assistant on a web site, so that instead of going through menus, the user will be guided to the web page of his interest just by responding to a few questions placed by the VAssistant ?
Im only referring to text assistance at least for starters... have u seen something like this on a website?

you could use a chatbot for that - varying levels of difficulty to implement depending on the platform you use e.g. a discord bot using scripts like node.js or, as another example, if your site uses wordpress you’ll find a variety of easy to use plugins. It really depends on the platform, purpose, as well as personal preferences I assume. 🤓
