Any idea what these white bars are or how to get rid of them? Tried updating the appletv, closing the app, and restarting the appletv.

The weirdest part is they only show up under one profile.

Usually when you see something like that, it means the image doesn't fit the screen.
For example, if you zoom in a web page, something doesn't change size so something gets squashed out of shape.
I can't tell you where the problem is exactly but try the setting for that profile and see if something has been zoomed in, wrong format wrong shape something like that

Appreciate the reply! It was weird that it was happening on two different TVs, with two different Apple TVs but only to that one profile.

If anyone in the future reads this, I actually fixed it last night just by logging out of the YouTube app and logging back in. Don't know how I forgot to try this originally!
