Return Policy

UPDATE OF SHIPPING POLICIES / TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2025.

First policy: When a package leaves our hands and national facilities bound for abroad, any damage that may be caused to the content will no longer be the responsibility of us or our agency. (whether due to humidity, cracks, crushing or breakage, etc.), each package is dispatched in the same standard manner and mode considering the respective care of the packaging for each item or if the client demands personalized packaging.

Second policy: When the package arrives at the destination or the agency whose order you have ordered and your withdrawal period expires either due to forgetfulness or lack of information (including telephone number) and is returned again to our agency, the package will be retained and whoever ordered the order must pay the corresponding shipping charge again so that the package is sent again with new packaging.

Third policy: It is the obligation of each buyer to include all addresses and a landline or mobile phone number when making each purchase, since without a valid phone number in the order, it will not be able to reach its destination due to the lack of a mandatory field and will be returned to our branches for (lack of information or address). Why is this section important? So that the dispatchers in the respective countries can find the person at your address and must call you personally in case of any standard delivery procedure, that is why both the email and the phone number are important. We will not be responsible for package returns due to the lack of this mandatory field (telephone or email) or for the lack of key information at the time of shipment, complete information is an obligation for all buyers and so that we can send orders quickly, otherwise they will be held for at least two extra weeks until the buyer is notified via email. In case of not presenting a phone number, the package will still be sent with our office phone number and it is the buyer's responsibility to provide one before the requested date.

Fourth policy: If the error is made by us as a Label, whether in attached information or missing items or documentation error, we will be responsible for all expenses, this means that shipping costs will be covered or the missing item will be replaced immediately.
