Get startedQuestions
- Who pays for the model usage?
- Self-hosted: you bring your own model and sandbox keys and pay those providers directly; Floom itself costs nothing. Cloud: during launch you can run workers without setting up provider billing.
- Will Cloud stay free?
- No. Paid plans are coming. Every workspace gets notified well before that happens, and pricing never changes without notice.
- Is self-hosting really free?
- Yes. The engine is MIT-licensed open source. There is no license fee, no seat limit, and no feature gate on the engine.
- Where does my data live and what can workers touch?
- Workers run sandboxed, every run is on the record, and outward-facing actions can require your approval. Read the security overview.
