The Seatbelts - Cowboy Bebop OST 1 (Flac)

Sorry about the excessive delay(s) of this, mediafire is giving me a lot of trouble for a while now. But enough about my whining.

First things first, when I was buying this I was sort of cheated because I thought I'm buying the original ones and not the bootleg version. Although it was pretty stupid of me to assume that they would sell real versions in CHINA. I can't really say that I notice any difference in terms of sound quality so I guess both are the same. The only possible difference is that the paper that the booklet is made of has more blurred out letters and is overall more crude in design.

The Seatbelts were a jazz troupe that was formed in order to make the Cowboy Bebop soundtrack and were led by Yoko Kanno. While the soundtrack is predominantly jazz they mix a lot of other genres in as well so you have a very diverse soundtrack; which is awesome. I already talked about this before so there's no point in me repeating anything.

Infekcija - Kaźdy Rabotnik

I bought this cd on a punk gig in my city. I never heard of them but I wanted to buy it anyway since it was cheap and I kinda liked the cover.

Well it's standard hardcore anti capitalist punk we all know and love!

Download.

Capitalist Casualties - Planned Community

Another one of my 7''s. Capitalist Casualties is one of the most popular hardcore/powerviolence bands out there. Well this is mostly due to the fact that they are also one of the first powerviolence bands and surprisingly they are still active.

This little vinyl is but a drop of their huge amount of songs. It's pretty much their trademark sound here.

I also scanned everything etc. and I decided to shamelessly tag this as my rip. Ahoy.

I wrote Casulties instead of Casualties. -_-

AK-47 - November 13th Split

If anyone remembers I mentioned something in the "overview of the year" post that I ripped most of my vinyls and that I'll be posting them. As usual it took me forever to start scanning the cover and editing everything. Finally this process is (mostly) complete and I present you the very first of my 7'' punk as fuck vinyls!

AK-47 is an anarcho-communist crust punk from Croatia. They are one of the legends of our scene and played many shows everywhere. While I'm not really into politics of any kind I certainly enjoy their music and their lyrics are very truthful and shocking. While they do promote communist ideals their lyrics are also about the hard working class and their suffering. They have just one song on this split and it's a story about people in Jasenovac which was an extermination camp in NDH (a puppet state durring the WW2).

November 13th is a hardcore band from uh, I think USA. They play classic hardcore punk and are quite fun to listen but I must say that AK steals all the glory from this record.

I scanned all the inserts and everything. The Croatian band was also very thoughtfull so they translated their lyrics into German and English. ^_^
