Fingerprints for FINRA Applications (Sec Rule 17f2)
Certain FINRA applications require applicants to be fingerprinted using a the FINRA Specific fingerprints card. This type of fingerprints are called inked or rolled fingerprints.
Here at FNL we avoid messy inking. Instead, we use a digitized system that allows us to obtain applicant's fingerprint impressions using a digital fingerprint scanner and transfer the impressions into the fingerprint card via a laser printer. This method minimizes fingerprinting errors and allows to make (print out) several card copies of your fingerprints.
