In this document, you will receive a lab plan, 12 recipes, and evaluation form for students to fill out. Most of these recipes can be done in one day, however I find it easier to make them one day and eat the next day. This lesson is part of my Appetizers unit in my Culinary 2 class. It is also a great way for students to practice their knife skills. The evaluation form can also be used to taste test store bought dips.
