Dr. John McDougall Starch Solution Plan. Low fat foods to eat are- Raw or Cooked Vegan Foods, Potato, Sweet Potato, Legumes, Grains, Beans, Seeds, & Fruit or Green and Yellow Vegetables. (Corn, kale, etc). You can do this diet gluten free BTW. Just avoid wheat, semolina, kamut, barley, spelt, triticale, bulgur and rye ~! Your meals should be less than 20% fat, low sodium and no animal products!
