Reposting @matthewjpyke: Everyone makes mistakes however, not everyone learns from them. If you aren’t making mistakes you aren’t pushing yourself hard enough because outside of your comfort zone is where you grow. Go out and make mistakes, but make sure that it only happens once.

We all make mistakes, the question is, how do you respond when it happens? . It's always uncomfortable to own your mistakes, but doing so helps you maintain an internal integrity which keeps you connected to your highest self. . "Sweeping it under the rug" may feel good in the moment but inevitably creates a bigger mess that drains you emotionally. . Be willing to own your mistakes... .
