I love baking with quinoa. it’s fun and healthy and I had great success making quinoa tortillas or quinoa pancakes. That’s why I got inspiration to create a recipe for quinoa bagels. To make the bagels bouncy, and chewy, I use psyllium hush ingredients I knew would work because I used it in my vegan keto bread. Then, I blended quinoa and water, like in my quinoa tortilla recipe and the result was amazing. Soft, bouncy chewy bagels packed with 4 grams of fiber and 4 grams of proteins.

Vegan Food Recipes on Instagram: "Turmeric Quinoa Wraps   By @_plantbaes_   Recipe:  Makes 6 medium-sized wraps  Ingredients:  - 1 cup quinoa  - 2 tsp turmeric  - 2 cups water  - 2 tbsp chia seeds - Pinch salt + pepper   Instructions:  1. Rinse the quinoa well. Soak in water for 2 hours. Drain and rinse again to avoid bitterness.  2. To a blender, add the quinoa, turmeric, chia seeds, 2 cups water, salt & pepper. Blend until perfectly smooth.  3. Heat up a nonstick pan on medium heat (use a little oil if necessary). Pour ⅙ of the batter into a circle. Using a ladle to smooth out the batter. 4. Allow 2 minutes to cook before flipping (flipping before might break it). Cook for another minute.  5.
