How to Build a “Hunny Hive”: I bought a styrofoam cone from Michaels and cut it to the size I needed with a kitchen knife. I pre-made the “bees” with a bee mold, yellow candy melts, chocolate cookie icing, and some wood sticks from Hobby Lobby. I hot glued the cone to a round piece of wood from Hobby Lobby, stuck toothpicks about 1/2” apart all over the cone, stuck two different color donut holes all over, then stuck the bees in randomly. The place card pdf file came from Etsy.

These cheese-filled dough balls slathered in honey are called خلية نحل khaleyat alnahl (Translates to Bee's Hive). This treat can be enjoyed for breakfast, brunch, or dessert. It has the perfect balance of sweet and savory - and isn't all that bad for you. This recipe uses a mix of white and wheat flour and barely any sugar. You can swap out the white flour and make it 100% wheat if you choose. I will warn you however, that these are incredibly addicting. It will be difficult to stop eating…
