This vanilla Earl Grey tiramisu replaces the coffee/espresso in traditional tiramisu with Earl Grey tea! The recipe is light, airy, creamy, and no bake.

This cake is a basic vanilla cake but with all the additions of Earl Grey flavour that you can think of. The milk that is used in the batter is steeped in earl grey, there are tea leaves directly in the batter, then I drizzle an Earl Grey syrup over the cakes, and lastly, the icing has a bit more of that earl grey milk just to finish it off. So if you're a tea lover, this one is for you!

Without blowing my own horn too much, I have to tell you this Earl Grey "London Fog" cake is a devastating beauty. With two layers of Earl Grey infused sponge cake and a drizzle of Earl Grey syrup, soft billowy whipped vanilla cream and a canopy of edible flowers it's a surprisingly easy show stopper.
