Ingredients:
5 oz plain whole milk yogurt (or plant-based yogurt)
1 apple, chopped
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 - 2 tsp honey
2 handfuls of rolled oats
1 tbsp flax meal
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp almond butter
granola 
1 tbsp coconut oil for cooking, add more if needed 

Directions:
Chop the apple into small pieces.
Preheat a pan and add coconut oil.
Sauté the apple over medium-low heat for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add cinnamon, oats, and honey, then sauté for another 2 minutes.
Add yogurt to a bowl, top with the warm apple & oat mixture, flax meal, hemp seeds, almond butter and granola. Enjoy!❤️
