Do you mean: Missy?? No but seriously, I LOVE goofy villains like this. They can still be evil and bad, they don’t have to muddle the lines between good and evil, but giving them a goofiness like this really helps lighten the mood of the story and keep things from becoming so insanely DARK all the time. (And often they create fangirls/fanboys that much quicker. And all's good and well until something happens to one of them, and the superhero becomes the villain because of hate, or the "super villain" becomes an actual monster after someone takes their superhero away.
