Ingredients:

Bowl: (450 calories & 37g protein)
- 3 tbsp carrot
- 4 tbsp shiitake mushrooms
- 5 tbsp bean sprouts
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup steamed white rice cooked
- 166g canned tuna light in water
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil 

Sauce: (210 calories & 3g protein)
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 3/4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 3/4 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp Minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp minced ginger
(You only need to use as much sauce as you like and can save the rest for later!)

How to make it yourself:
1. Cut your carrots, mushrooms, and green onions.

- 4 green chillies, chopped
- 400g of canned tuna, drained
- 2 tbsp of chilli flakes
- 6 large Portobello mushrooms, chopped
- salt, to taste
- 300g of sour cream
- 2 cups of milk
- 500g of cooked penne

Method
1. Sauté the onions and chillies
2. Add the canned tuna, chilli flakes, mushrooms and salt
3. Once the mushrooms soften, add sour cream and milk
4. Once the sauce comes to a boil, add the penne and mix well

Tuna Kimchijigae 🐟🥘
Ingredients 
🥘 1 small onion, diced
🥘 1 stalk spring onion, chopped 
🥘 ~ 1/4 cup kimchi 
🥘 1 can spring water tuna, drained
🥘 Optional: egg, silken tofu, or enoki mushroom 
🥘 1/2 tsp gochujang 
🥘 Soy sauce 
🥘 Sesame oil 
🥘 Some sugar

1. To a heated pot, add sesame oil & stir fry onion & whites of spring onion till softened. 
2. Add in kimchi & stir fry for a few minutes. 
3. Add in gochujang, soy sauce, ~1 cup water, sugar & tuna. Bring to a boil. 
4. Add egg / tofu / mushroom & let simmer ~5 min.
