1/3 cup of oil
1 1/3 cup of tapioca flour/ 170 g
1 large egg/ 75 g
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup parmesan cheese/ 40 g
2/3 cup mozzarella/ 80 g

Add tapioca pearl and cook for 20 minutes or until translucent. Rinse well and set aside. -In a bowl, add the glutinous rice flour then add the water and mix until it forms a dough. -Scoop about half a teaspoon of dough and form a small balls using your palms. -In a medium pot, add 1 cup of water, coconut milk, and sugar. Stir occationally until sugar is disolved.
