Essex class USS Yorktown (CV-10) running trials, 30 Sep 1944, after a refit at the Puget Sound Navy Yard. The pictures show the carrier camouflaged in Measure 33/10A, and details of the flight deck and the numerous gun mounts along its edge. Note that the two aft radio masts have been replaced by whip aerials.
