I wasn't supposed to be taking pictures here, but I schmoozed the little old lady at the counter to let me take a few. I was up against time so I didn't have ,much to spend to get the angles and composition right, but I love the colours.

It helps to have a ceiling that is vaulted— or that has, as seen here, a shallow cove that is carried onto another plane. Then you’re good to go. Many years ago I encountered a room with similar architectural features to this one. The walls were white; but the ceiling was painted in a midnight blue, stencilled with tiny gold stars.
