Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11 AM PST will ship same day. Orders placed after this time or on the weekends will ship the following business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

We are unable to combine orders, alter sizes, add or remove pieces, or edit billing details once an order has been placed. We offer free and easy returns for anything that may not work. Or, email clientservices@frame-store.com to see if it's still possible to cancel your entire order.

Unfortunately, order cancellation requests are not guaranteed but we will do our very best to assist you with this. Email clientservices@frame-store.com as soon as possible. If your order is unable to be cancelled, we offer free and easy returns.
