These were good fries… very very long as you can see in the video.  Cool concept.  There wasn’t enough salt.  They also tasted a bit stale.. and over cooked.

Enjoyed the novelty none the less :)

Wowee Japan, these fries were hot, skinny, curly and salty… This restaurant was amazing !!  It’s an traditional Japanese venue and the whole place is a vibe!  The food and chef’s are just A+.

**A quick little breakdown of Matt…as he gives everyone such an incredible wrap on his blog I just want to put in my 2 cents.  Matt is a fellow 86 born with some of the most brilliant, positive and insightful outlooks on life!!  I’ve know Matt for a few years now and I remember the first time being introduced to him I was super excited as I had just heard such excellent things about him!  Matt’s got an energy and attitude that is infectious and makes you want to step up your game as an individual, I’m so thrilled that I get to call him a friend & I also look forward to sharing many more future chats with him :)**

As for the fries… hmmmm… average.. #masterchef judge George Calombaris needs to take his own tastebuds to his own restaurant and give himself some constructive criticism…. or just take ours.

Apologies for being away for…. well ages… I cut out carbs… I’m trying to lean up and get shred for Stereo Sonic 2015 so my diet has been like a little yoyo… However.. I’m in my carb loading stage at the moment which means I’m BACK

These fries weren’t bad… i know i scored them shit.  The reason being was because they had no salt.  & on the table i was sitting on… or any of the tables around me there was no salt.  SO i wasn’t sure what to do.
So my friend ate them.  He said they were good.  I didn’t though.


Still eat here, it’s cute.
