For Sale: Folklore-The Affliction Tabletop Game

I am never going to play this game but I did enjoy painting the figures of which I painted all but 5 from the Core Box. Included in the sale is the Core Box, The Dark Tales Expansion, The Ghost Miniature Pack and the recent Farmer Upgrade for edition 2 of the game. You can see the details here as well as the pricing. By my calculation these 4 boxes would cost around $250 without shipping. Please note that the Farmer Bundle has just shipped so is not yet available for retail. The game has been played twice, some of the counters from the core box have been punched but nothing is missing and everything is in excellent shape.

For Sale: Crescent Root Studio 15mm Western Europe Set

This is probably the last sale for a while, but I maybe putting some painted 4-Ground and Italeri 1/72 Houses up for sale. I am just trying make my WWII 20mm / 1/72 terrain collection visually coherent and I am still thinking about it.

What I am selling is the Crescent Root Studio 15mm Western Europe House collection. I see these are no longer available and it is with a lot of reluctance I am selling them. Unfortunately they just do not really fit with my collection being just a little smaller. As you can see below these are just excellent quality.

As you can see they are superbly painted MDF.

They are double walled and each house comes with an extra top which represents a destroyed layer.

There are a total of 5 houses and as you can see they come on a excellently illustrated mouse pad base

As I am reluctant to sell these they are not going for Fire Sale pricing. These are all still in their original individual boxes and are in excellent shape being only used once or twice.

As noted these are no longer available so the selling price is $200 $150, shipping in the US is included. You are not going to get this opportunity again. These are really the best pre-painted building available for wargaming that I have seen.

For Sale: Pedion Tile Set

Next up is some terrain. I bought this set a couple of years ago. Never used it. The hill in the left foreground is missing but there is a bonus plain tile in the box. Each tile is 1' sq so this is a 3x3' terrain. They are on sale on the Pedion Web Site for $165. More info here.

For Sale: Unpainted 28mm Napoleonic Lead

Time to get rid of the red tin of unpainted lead. The only thing I found in it that I might use is some Front Rank Portuguese that I may paint for Sharp Practice.

These figures are going to go at a very good price, such a good price that I am actually not going to take the time to count them. They are all metal except for plastic Perry Dragoons. I have finally got around to sorting the remnants of my 28mm Napoleonic Collection. I had held on to these as I was not sure what I would need for Sharp Practice, but a couple of recent games have suggested to me what I need to keep.

These are all painted to a good table top standard and I would like to sell them quickly. There are 16 mounted figures all nicely based as you can see below. I believe most are Front Rank, with some Perry's and I think Victrix. They are all metal.

For Sale: Painted 6mm Bacchus Figures

I am not that keen to use my blog to flog things, but there is no real way to post photos of a lot of figures on line especially through TMP.

This is one of those hoped for projects that I know is not going anywhere. When Blucher came out I thought it would be cool to do some Grand Tactical Napoleonic Gaming. It is still cool, but I just know that I am never going to find the time to play the game or even more difficult to find someone with whom to play the game. My local gaming club is unlikely to stray far from any games that are not DBA based or from Warlord Games. I feel quite fortunate to find a couple of gamers in the vicinity who like TFL games, SAGA or who are willing to take on something different.

At the time I was flush with cash from the sale of my 28mm army and had some left overs from the purchase of the 18mm AB Napoleonic army. I jumped in with both feet and commissioned two UK based painters to paint both a French and British  Baccus army. I got the French army based and half the bases terrained except for two bases of artillery. The bases are card sized and are exactly the same sized as the card sets from Blucher. The bases are specialized, I actually have the two card sets (100 days as well as the peninsular set) put out by Sam Mustafa as well as the cards he published through drive thru games which I believe Russians, Austrians, Prussians and Ottomans as well as the Hard Back Rule book. The British are unbased but I have 25 of the same bases for them as well as another 12 bases (small Baccus Bases) of 24 Prussians (at least I think they are) which I bought independently on TMP. There are also some playing aid discs from somewhere or other.
