I have mediocre art skills at best, but since you asked for advice - I think a little shading/shadows on the otherwise flat colors (the hat, maybe near the ears; the shirt and skirt, in folds and maybe under curves and contours; the hands, in the palms and where it curves under into the wrist; maybe near more edges in general? maybe do some research on that first haha) - that could go a long ways to giving it depth, I think. The lines look a little irregular or shaky - this could be a stylistic thing, but I’m unsold, I don’t feel like it improves the look, personally. You might try turning on or increasing stabilization in whatever art program you’re using. Also, I recommend making your canvas like 2x bigger, or more. Overall I like her; cute face, neat eye colors.
