This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies Futurity Technologies PTE. LTD ("Futurity", "we", "us", or "our") uses on our platform at https://futurity.work and related services. It explains what these technologies are, why we use them, and your choices regarding their use.

Strictly necessary cookies are required for the platform to work. Non-essential cookies (such as analytics) are only set after you give consent through our cookie banner. You can review or change your choice at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link in the site footer.

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile) when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognise your device and remember certain information about your session or preferences. Some cookies are essential for the website to function, while others help us improve your experience or understand how the platform is used.

Futurity uses a limited number of cookies and similar technologies, which serve either functional or analytical purposes. We do not use cookies for advertising or behavioural ad targeting. Analytics cookies are optional and are only loaded with your consent.

Essential Cookies

These cookies are strictly necessary for the platform to function. They cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.

Both cookies are set with the Secure flag (transmitted over HTTPS only) and SameSite=Strict (not sent with cross-site requests). They are only set after you log in and are removed when you log out.

Local Storage

In addition to cookies, we use browser local storage to cache your session data (user profile and organisation information) for performance. This data is stored under the key user-session and is cleared when you log out.

Analytics Cookies (Optional)

These technologies help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. They are off by default and are only loaded after you accept the "Analytics" category in our cookie banner. We record your choice in a first-party futurity-cookie-consent cookie so we don't have to ask again on every visit. The analytics technologies we use are:

• Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager — Measures page views and aggregate usage to help us improve the site. Governed by Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
• Vercel Analytics — Collects anonymised web performance metrics (Core Web Vitals). Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and does not track individual users. Vercel's privacy policy is available at https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
• Visit pixel — A lightweight, anonymous pixel used to count site visits.

If you reject analytics, none of the above are loaded.

We use the following service to monitor platform health regardless of analytics consent, as it is strictly necessary to keep the service secure and operational:

• Sentry — Error tracking, performance monitoring, and limited session replay. Sentry collects error reports, stack traces, and performance metrics, and records a small sample of sessions (and any session in which an error occurs) so we can reproduce and fix issues. Data is transmitted through our own domain (/monitoring) rather than directly to Sentry's servers. Sentry's privacy policy is available at https://sentry.io/privacy/.

Futurity does not serve third-party advertising cookies. Google's sign-in client may set cookies; it is loaded only on our sign-in and sign-up pages to enable Google OAuth authentication. If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics / Tag Manager may also set cookies. Google's cookies are governed by Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

When you first visit the site, a cookie banner lets you accept or reject optional analytics cookies. No optional analytics or tracking technologies are loaded until you accept them. The strictly necessary monitoring described above (Sentry) always runs, as we cannot operate the platform securely and reliably without it.

You can change your decision at any time:

• Cookie Preferences: Use the "Cookie Preferences" link in the site footer to reopen the banner and turn analytics on or off per category. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled, as the platform cannot function without them.

If you withdraw analytics consent after previously granting it, we reload the page so any already-loaded analytics scripts stop running.

You can also manage cookies through your browser settings:

• View cookies: Most browsers allow you to view which cookies are stored and delete them individually.
• Block cookies: You can configure your browser to block all cookies or only third-party cookies. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from using the platform.
• Clear cookies: You can clear all cookies at any time, which will log you out of the platform.
