Game GTA Vice City came back in 2003 and has attracted fans with its unusual style. The game is set in the sunny town of Vice City. Protagonist Tommy Vercetti early storyline substituted and he has to find money for his boss by any means. Later, before the hero begins to bow down the entire city. Simple skin change 1.0

This mod allows you to choose any pedov skin.
Each skin will have a signature and its model id.
I was inspired by the mod — Skin Changer v1.1 from the author of DK22Pac.
Management:
Cheat code — "SKIN" — activation of the mod.
The 7(&) key is the previous skin.
Key 8(*) is the next skin.
F/Enter (vehicle entry key) — exit.
The script only works on version 1.0 of the game
. The latest version of CLEO is required.
Noticed bugs:
When you exit the game, the game will crash.

A mod that removes unnecessary items from the game menu. Suitable for global mods.
Removed:
1. Statistics.
2. Changing the player's skin.
3. Choice of three languages: German, Italian, Spanish.
Of the languages left, American (american.gxt) and French (french.gxt). They can be customized (you can look at the third screenshot).
ATTENTION!!!
The Ultimate ASI Loader library and the game version 1.0 are required. There may be conflicts with mods that work with the game menu, for example VC Seter or Compact menu.
