Last updated: 26 June 2026

This document is provided for transparency about how GenZab works. We may update it from time to time as the product and applicable law evolve. The version shown here is the one currently in effect.

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses GenZab and forms part of our Terms of Service. GenZab is operated by Veenabha Private Limited. By using the service, you agree to the rules below.

2. Prohibited conduct

You must not use GenZab to do any of the following:

  • Create, store, or distribute illegal, harmful, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content.
  • Misuse generated material for academic dishonesty beyond its intended purpose as a study and teaching aid.
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise automatically extract content or data from the platform.
  • Attack, overload, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers or infrastructure.
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit GenZab content for monetary gain or enterprise distribution (sharing worksheets with friends, close colleagues, or students is permitted; commercial reselling or syndication is strictly prohibited and will face legal action).
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or models behind the service.
  • Share account credentials, or allow others to access the service through your login.

3. Intended use and academic integrity

GenZab is built to help teachers, tutors, and students create and study educational content. Use it to learn, teach, revise, and prepare. Do not use it to misrepresent generated work in a way that violates the rules of an examination body, institution, or assessment for which it was not permitted.

4. Enforcement and legal action

Any attempt to copy, redistribute, or resell GenZab content without our express written permission or approval will invite legal action.

Any attempt to web-scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, or attack our servers or infrastructure will invite swift legal action under applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (Indian Penal Code).

We may suspend or terminate access for any account that breaches this policy, and we may take further action where the conduct warrants it.

5. Reporting and contact

If you come across misuse, or you are unsure whether something is allowed, reach us through the contact page. This policy is governed by the laws of India, with the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, having exclusive jurisdiction.
