Family Group Sheet
This is the basic chart for recording the details of a couple and their children. There is the option to record the information on a single page or a double page where the parents are on the first page and the children on the second.
Pedigree Chart
The Pedigree Chart is a basic chart for recording parents, grandparents etc. for an individual. (Please do not use this form to submit entries to Pedigree Collection – Pedigree Collection page with template.)
Relationship Chart
The Relationship Chart will help you determine relationships between yourself and others in your family tree. See below for an online version.
