1. Information Collection

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, update your profile, or use our services. This includes:

  • Account information (Active Email, Name)
  • Payment information (Processed via Stripe)
  • Usage data (Campaign statistics, Email logs)

2. Use of Information

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve our services, including analysing usage trends and protecting against fraudulent or illegal activity.

3. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the security of your personal information. However, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

4. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services (such as Stripe for payments, OpenAI for AI features) that collect, monitor and analyze this type of information in order to increase our service's functionality. These third-party service providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.

5. Getlead Email Finder (Chrome Extension)

The Getlead Email Finder browser extension helps you find a work email address on LinkedIn profile pages. It runs only on linkedin.com and only acts when you click “Find email”. We designed it to be privacy-preserving:

  • What it reads: when you trigger a search on a profile, the extension reads that profile’s publicly displayed name, current company, listed website, and — if the profile owner has shared it — the email shown in LinkedIn’s “Contact info” section. It does not read your LinkedIn messages, connections, private data, or any other page.
  • What it sends: to verify candidate addresses, the extension sends the person’s first name, last name, and candidate company domains to our API (getle.ad), which performs an SMTP deliverability check. No other page content is transmitted.
  • What it stores: only your license key (if you purchased a plan) is stored locally in your browser via chrome.storage. No browsing history or profile data is stored by the extension.
  • What we do NOT do: we do not sell your data, do not build advertising profiles, do not track your browsing, and do not collect LinkedIn data beyond the single profile you actively run a lookup on.
  • Permissions: the extension requests access to linkedin.com (to show the finder on profiles) and getle.ad (to run the verification), plus local storage for your license. It uses activeTab only to open the finder from the toolbar button.

Email finding is intended for legitimate business outreach. You are responsible for using discovered contact information in compliance with applicable laws (including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and LinkedIn’s terms) in your jurisdiction.
