This repository contains a detailed analysis of poultry mortality across various farms, focusing on the medications administered during different treatment cycles. 1. Clone the repository:

2. Install dependencies: Open RStudio and run the following command to install the necessary packages:

   renv::restore()

3. View the Report: You can view the full analysis report in HTML format by downloading it from the link below: Download Analysis Report (HTML) To view the report:

   1. Download the file.
   2. Open it in your browser.

4. Reproduce the Analysis: Open the .Rmd file in RStudio to view and run the analysis step by step.
