- Improved fullscreen handling (uses a full-sized window now which allows switching to other apps and won't hide other monitors)

- First game start will now try to find a matching game version based on OS language and preselect (and preload) it. For example the patcher question and patcher itself will have buttons in this language then (if available). If no matching version can be found, english is now the default instead of german.

Fixed some text display issues. For example the magic parchment in the black mountains (advanced version) wasn't fully displayed and couldn't be scrolled.
Also added the logic for occupied hands and fingers. The savegame tracks it when rings, weapon or shields are equipped or unequipped. It isn't really useful in the remake but maybe important if the savegames are used on the Amiga.
