A set of tools for CI (Calcium Imaging) data processing.

Methods belonging to 3 phases of the processing - namely, detection of neuronal nodes, linking those between the consequent frames and stitching short tracklets (resulted by intermittent neuronal activity) together are placed in corresponding sub-directories.
