numeric_version() wants character as of R 4.4 #1520

Currently it is inconvenient to use vscode-R with R 4.4.0.

@eitsupi if this is a blocker for you, you can edit the source code of extension itself. The change is trivial and for me the file path is as follows: /Users/{username}/.vscode/extensions/reditorsupport.r-2.8.2/R/session/rstudioapi.R. After this change, my code is working again.
