Merge pull request #9 from daviddarnes/0.9

Bugs on pages where some php was being run inside a comment.

Updated relative themes to 0.6

Removed include_comments and replaced with include. Also removed
boilerplate theme, Sando is still 0.4 but all the others should be 0.6
compatible now.
