fixed cheatmode bug

1. fixed a bug where using a firstaid kit resets infinite health
2. removed infinite lives because its currently not implemented - that means lives are already infinite

added cheatmenu

added an optional cheat menu for infinite health, infinite lives and maxed weapon at start

updated to launcher
