Apologies, I just saw that someone else made style improvements in #3 while I was tweaking CSS. Please feel free to close this PR if you prefer the design there. |

Changes so that the entire width is used on desktop and laptop screens with large browser window (rather than leaving a white strip on the side), and uses a one-column format on phones and on narrow browser windows.
