A tiny api wrapper around the Confluent Cloud CLI that exposes the CLI as an api.

The plan is to kill Kafka-janitor and Tika and replace it with Crossplane and provider-confluent.

Used by the Kafka-Janitor in a manually released NuGet file.

This is very brittle and urgent changes require extra attention by the repository owners.
