• Create a package.json and other necessary configurations to run the index.ts file.
• Load in-memory user data from JSON file.
• Move port configuration to .env file.
• Secures the addressbook with username/password (use passport library).
• Add countries, country code and timezone for each user.
• Add tests that execute at least one route.
• Add a GH action to run tests on commit.
