Rather than making FvwmPager keep track of monitor sizes, etc., reuse this information from fvwm3lib and therefore only store information that FvwmPager uses internally. This therefore keeps the fpmonitor struct in FvwmPager, but stores a pointer to the specific monitor so that we can access information about a monitor's size, etc.
