This PR adds a new example script
gcpy/examples/working_with_files/make_mask_file.py. This is the same file that was used to create new Canada/Mexico/CONUS masks for the carbon simulation.Expected changes
This is a zero-diff update, as it only adds a new example script. Benchmarking functionality is not touched.
