Fixes two problems I encountered when setting up a local instance of the API

  • A space between -- and output in the curl command to download google chrome made it pipe the file to stdout
  • A set of commands to clean up the apt cache ran before the google chrome installation, meaning it would fail to find the dependencies it needs
