Welcome to the Uhyve wiki!

The Uhyve wiki contains detailed usage instructions intended for:

• developers working on Uhyve
• users interested in experimenting or tinkering with Uhyve.

As such, the wiki's purpose is to serve as a knowledge repository that explains different workflows from the perspective of Uhyve's creators. Some sections also analyze technical background that serves as a foundation of how Uhyve functions.

Uhyve is part of the Hermit unikernel project. Both Uhyve and Hermit are developed by the Institute of Automation of Complex Power Systems at RWTH Aachen University.

Uhyve is an open source project; not just in principle (merely publishing source code), but also in spirit: feedback and contributions from anyone are explicitly welcome. If you believe that something is missing from the wiki (or from Uhyve itself), feel free to open an issue first.
