I work at Glen Crest Middle School in Community Consolidated School District 89
Teaching is very meaningful for me, and I love making a difference in the lives of young people. I teach Computer Science and Technology Education.
Many glorious ways were wasted on this. 😄

I’m a computer science and technology teacher in Glen Ellyn. My academic background includes degrees in History, Philosophy, Logic and the Philosophy of Science, and Education, which shape how I approach teaching and leadership with both analytical precision and a humanistic perspective. I began my career as a Grade Center teacher during the remote learning era and now focus on designing project-based STEM curriculum for 6–8th grade students. As a first-generation American with Kurdish roots, I draw on my personal history to connect with students from diverse backgrounds and inspire them to pursue excellence. I’m passionate about civic engagement, political theory, ancient philosophy, and a bunch of other subjects. Outside the classroom, I enjoy bringing intensity and focus into my work and life.
