A user in Slack reported receiving multiple project progress emails for the same project.

Is there something new in the TM? A colleague of mine just got 120 messages that a project is over 50% completed -- all the same project, https://tasks.hotosm.org/projects/8287

Message:

Hi
you recently participated in the mapping project - Missing Maps - Malawi- ChitipaNW - on the HOT Tasking Manager. We want to inform you the project has reached 50% of completeness.
Please login and help us to finish the project!
Thank you!

This issue was raised following the implementation of a feature that sends emails to all project contributors when the project reaches 50% and 100% completion [#5262].
