Memcached plugin addtional metrics to collect added #4914

Additional metrics added to memcached input plugin: cmd_flush, cmd_touch, cas_badval, touch_hits, touch_misses, auth_cmds, auth_errors, accepting_conns, listen_disabled_num, hash_power_level, hash_bytes, hash_is_expanding, expired_unfetched, evicted_unfetched, reclaimed

Required for all PRs:

  • Signed CLA.
  • Associated README.md updated.
  • Has appropriate unit tests.

@glinton can you please rerun workflow for package stage at circleci. Seems like something was temporarily unavailable during the build
