Cleanup README, and remove deprecated history file

Fix __fzf_reverse_isearch failing on certain histories

- Fix #33

Read CL for Ctrl-R. Fixes [#13]

Move check for fzf installation to conf.d

- increases start-up time
- but reduces time for call on each keybind invokation

Update installer
