WndSynch Rules adjust and Synch present logging

Some metadata and synch timing needed to change for better arcan-
appl integration.

Eventually we will need to harmonise the tracing here so it merges
better with what is going on in Arcan and attaches well to tracy.
This is a first step towards that.

glamor- bo regression + cleanups

This fixes a number of nits and opts-in the mouse and present code
(since it is still being worked on), as well as rebase+synch to upstream
xorg.

synch to arcan-0.6

No real changes needed other than pulling in upstream and undo
some build changes. Time to get back to improving this thing.
