Some minor fixes. "French Defense: Queen's Knight" and "French Defense: Knight Variation" often immediately transpose into the Exchange Variation, I added moves to account for those.
Similar story for the recently added "Hector Variation", there's some rare move orders that would sidestep the earliest Hector position. Should be more consistent now.
