Update docs to include info relating to usage of Tailwind CSS prefix when using daisyUI
- Fix: when a daisyUI prefix is set, it doesn't reflect on theme-controller class for theme-controller-using-a-toggle-with-icons-inside - Add a note stating that Tailwind CSS prefix doesn't apply to theme-controller class
- Add a link to Tailwind CSS docs (has examples) - Add relevant example
