The NVIDIA app either has trouble reading the wattage output or the RTX 4060 does not have the required sensors to properly record wattage. It was read before, but overclocks could have caused it to fail. But reports have said that the RTX 4060 naturally does not have dedicated wattage sensors. Here is a homemade fix.
