Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing the site and creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Gochu.
Age requirement and adult content
Gochu is an adult entertainment platform strictly intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher). By using the service, you certify that you meet the age requirement and accept exposure to AI-generated adult content.
User account and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when creating your account and for keeping your login details confidential. Any activity carried out through your account is deemed to be carried out by you. If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, you must notify us promptly so that we can help secure it.
AI-generated content (CGI)
All visuals produced by the service are computer-generated images (CGI) created by artificial intelligence. No real person was involved in the creation of this content. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental. Gochu does not reproduce, represent or exploit the image of any real individual.
Prohibited use of the service
You agree not to use Gochu to: (i) violate applicable laws or regulations; (ii) harass, threaten or harm others; (iii) attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, data or other users’ accounts; (iv) bypass or interfere with security or authentication measures; (v) share or generate illegal, hateful, discriminatory or otherwise seriously offensive content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account in case of breach of these Terms.
Prohibition of deepfakes and illegal content
The following are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate termination of your account, without prejudice to any legal action: (i) uploading, importing or generating any image or content depicting minors in a sexual or suggestive manner — zero tolerance applies and such reports will be transmitted to the competent authorities; (ii) creating non-consensual synthetic media (deepfakes) representing real, identifiable individuals without their explicit consent; (iii) impersonating a real person in a way that could harm their reputation, violate their privacy, or constitute harassment. You are solely and fully responsible under applicable law for any media you upload or import into the platform. Gochu reserves the right to report any unlawful content to the relevant authorities.
Intellectual property and licence
The Gochu name, platform design, interfaces, code, text and graphical elements are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use the service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorised reproduction, modification or exploitation is prohibited.
User's sole responsibility as author
You are the sole author and creator of every prompt, instruction or input you submit to the service. As such, you bear full legal responsibility for the content generated at your initiative. Gochu acts exclusively as a technical service provider: we supply artificial intelligence tools but play no part in the creation of your content and are neither its author nor its publisher. In the event of any dispute relating to content you have generated, you agree to voluntarily intervene in any proceedings and to hold Gochu harmless from the outset of any formal notice.
Indemnification
By using the service, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Gochu, its officers, employees and service providers from and against any claim, legal action, damage, loss, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (i) your use of the service in breach of these Terms; (ii) any content you generate, post or transmit through the platform; (iii) any infringement of a third party's rights resulting from your actions. This indemnification obligation applies as soon as Gochu notifies you of a claim or legal action.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be free from interruptions, errors or defects. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or non-material damage, or for any loss of data arising out of your use of or inability to use Gochu. In any event, our aggregate liability shall be limited to the total amount you have paid us over the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes to the service and to these Terms
We may update or modify the service at any time for technical, legal or commercial reasons, and we may amend these Terms of Service accordingly. Where changes are material, we will inform you by an appropriate means. Continued use of the service after the effective date of the new Terms constitutes your acceptance of them.
