about

LIGHT-099

Following the cult resonance of Praise the Sun God, OSCOB descends further into the abyss with Kingdom of Gods and Demons — a brooding sequel that replaces celestial warmth with shadowed grandeur. This 2025 odyssey plunges into a dark, mythic landscape, carving a path through the ruins of divine legacy and infernal ambition.

Melding the hazy atmosphere of downtempo with the textured decay of barber beats and the smoky lull of lounge, Kingdom of Gods and Demons feels like lost transmissions from a crumbling realm. Each track is a relic—dusty, sacred, and haunted by echoes of forgotten faith.

From the spectral calls of “Echoes” to the apocalyptic beauty of “The Skyline Was Beautiful on Fire,” OSCOB crafts sonic monuments to fallen pantheons and dying empires. “A Throne of Starlight and Ash” glimmers with mournful majesty, while “Lasciate Ogne Speranza, Voi Ch'intrate” invokes Dante’s gate with funereal grace. The final track, “In the Shadow of a Titan’s Fall,” is a staggering closer—slow, crushing, and reverent in its melancholy.

This is not lounge for luxury—it’s lounge for the end of days. Kingdom of Gods and Demons invites you to sink into velvet shadows, where the divine and the damned blur in a dream of slow-burning elegance and sorrowed splendor. Welcome to the kingdom. Don’t expect to leave unchanged.
